The purpose of this Request for Bids is to select and implement an appointment scheduling software that can address the enterprise requirements related to this type of functionality. The selected software will schedule and track appointments with less errors, boost staff efficiency, minimize no-shows and provide real time analytics. The implementation of the selected software will be phased. Phase 1 will be an internal implementation. Phase 2 will allow members to schedule their own appointments.

This procurement is authorized under Chapter 16 of the Wisconsin State statutes.
