| This simplified bid is issued by the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) for an Independent Validation of Quality Assurance Review (QAR). ETF intends to procure the services of an independent assessor to perform an independent validation of the self-assessment QAR completed by ETF’s Office of Internal Audit (OIA). This solicitation serves as notice, pursuant to Chapter 16 of the Wisconsin state statutes, of the commodity or service being sought and is to be considered the opportunity for vendors to indicate their interest in bidding. The contract is proposed to be effective September 5, 2013 and will extend through December 31, 2013. Proposals are due August 26, 2013. Amendments, questions and answers will be posted on http://etfextranet.it.state.wi.us and will not be mailed.
