The Wisconsin Department of Employee (Department) will be announcing (late Spring or early Summer) a Request for Bid for contract year 2009 for the annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey, but would first like to gather information from potential bidders. The contract will be for a one-year duration with the option for two one-year renewals. Morpace Inc., headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan is the Department's current survey vendor. The Department is interested in obtaining information from survey vendors that have the ability to conduct an Internet CAHPS® survey. Interested bidders should send a letter of interest as specified in the RFI. The RFI ETH0013 and related documents are available at: http://etfextranet.it.state.wi.us
